Common Pregnancy Symptoms

Some women only experience a missed period, while others have multiple pregnancy symptoms during their early pregnancies. It simply depends on your body.

According to the Mayo Clinic, here are some common symptoms that could point to pregnancy:

  • A missed period
  • Tender, swollen breasts
  • Moodiness
  • Fatigue
  • Nausea with or without vomiting
  • Increased urination

A delayed or missed period is the most common pregnancy symptom. But you can have a change in your menstrual cycle for other reasons too. A hormonal imbalance, rapid weight gain or loss, or certain medications can delay your period.
