These ladies were wonderful. I found myself in a tough situation and they helped me sooo much. They didn't judge me or the bad decisions I had made, just found ways to help me and my family. I am so thankful West Shore Family Support is in our neighborhood and supports families like mine.
Very warm and friendly. Able to help with baby items like diapers and wipes. Can tailor parenting classes to individual needs. highly recommend to all moms and dads from prenatal through the toddler years for support!
All of the staff has been very friendly and welcoming. They've always checked up on me to make sure I have everything I need for my children, even for my kids who have aged out. Each time I've gone they have prayed with me and have helped give me peace knowing my children are well cared for and thought about.
After not having any little ones for some time we have taken in our nephew who at the time was 10 months old, thanks to West shore family Support we got help with the things that we couldn't afford and classes that helped us to remember raising a toddler again. We definitely couldn't have done it without the help from them. We are very glad that we have such a wonderful resource in our community.
